Delete your data
QuackTracks doesn't have its own accounts or keep your information on its own servers. Everything it keeps is on your phone and watch, so you're in control of deleting it.
Delete everything on the phone
- Open QuackTracks and go to Roost, then About.
- Tap Delete everything on this phone. This removes your sign-ins, recordings, stories, phone cards, schedules and smart-home links.
Or remove the app: Android deletes everything the app keeps when it's uninstalled. Do the same on the watch.
Things kept elsewhere
- Backups in your phone's Download folder, under "Yoto backup", stay after the app is removed. Delete that folder with your phone's Files app.
- Cards you sent to Yoto are in your own Yoto library. Remove them in the Yoto app.
- Linked smart-home accounts: you can also remove QuackTracks's access from the account's own settings (for example in Smart Life's cloud project, SmartThings tokens, or Google's account permissions).
